Where are we?

The Belci village is located 6km from Pazin in the direction of Poreč. At the junction near Beram turn left onto a narrow road, continue uphill for 1km and turn right at the signpost for Belci. After 500m you will find our courtyard marked by the shade of a tall hackberry tree. WELCOME ! |
Our village - Belci
| Belci is a small village of 13 families situated on the central Istrian plateau along the edge of the Draga - a fertile valley that stretches between Pazin and the Lim Bay. From the village opens a beautiful view of the surrounding hilltops and valleys with hamlets. We are far from the noise and stress, surrounded by gardens, fields and groves, which in autumn emanate scents of a variety of mushroom. |
Accommodation
| Accommodation is provided on the first floor of the stone house in the right corner of the courtyard. The apartment is accessed by an outside stone staircase. The left wing is occupied by our family. |
  
| The apartment has AIR CONDITION, provides for 8 persons and contains a spacious living room (TV, radio, sofa), a fully fitted kitchen (fridge with icebox, electric stove with oven) The apartment features one double and two triple room, a fully fitted bathroom and a storeroom. |
 
Our guests can use the courtyard in front of the house where they can rest in the shade of vines after a long walk in the nature or where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our family takes to agriculture and fresh homegrown products are always at your disposal.

| Also at your disposal is the lawn across the courtyard. In a separate part of the yard we raise home animals and pets. |
    
 
Activities
Walking
Lovers of walking can easily reach the walking path Pazin - Beram -Dušani - Pazin which climbs the Gortan Hill and then continues around the Pazin hollow and then circles back to Pazin. Details in pdf format can be found here.
We will always be happy to recommend and show on the map various shorter walking routes in the near surroundings.
Cycling
A few cycling routes, well described in the Istria Bike Atlas, pass by our property. If you wish to take a recreational and not-too-tiring ride, just follow the vast plateau of the central Istria which offers a variety of blacktopped and field or forest tracks. For those athletes who enjoy MTB rides, the area offers tracks that lead up and down the Draga valley. More details on such tracks can be found in the Atlas. The nearest bike service is 3km away - at the entrance into Pazin. Bike and scooter rental available at the same service.
